Ultimate summer cooler: Panakam
- Crushed jaggery – 5 tbsp
- Water – 2 cups
- Crushed pepper – 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder – one pinch
- Cardamom powder – one pinch
1. In a half cup of water, dissolve the jaggery.
2. Mix it well till it dissolves completely.
3. Take a pitcher and add water to it.
4. Strain the dissolved jaggery for any impurities and add to the pitcher.
5. Also add pepper powder and cardamom powder to it.
