Health is one of our Top priorities every time when it comes to New year resolutions.
Simple evidence is number of people get enrolled at gym or other welness centers in the first week of January. Please don’t Ask me whether they continue till Year end. I am sure most of them would continue till Pongal and thereafter they get on with the routine and we are remembered again about health when somebody fall sick or something like corona enters into our lives.
Wether it is Good or Bad. Corona brought discipline in our lives.
There is lot of difference in our perspective towards health before corona and after corona .earlier when we are told “health is wealth” some how we are not much bothered to pay attention but now Health is not just wealth. it is everything
We never know what may come in near future. We should maintain good health to protect ourselves.

#Eat atleast one Fruit a Day.

#30 Min of Physical activity ( Walking/ Yoga/ Aerobics/ Gym)
# 10 Min of Meditation or Prayer
#6-8 Hours of Sleep
