We do it more than 25,000 times on an average day and for all sorts of reasons like —Hectic Schedules, unhealthy lifestyles, Hours spent at a desk hunched over a computer or sitting on the couch watching TV— We tend to breathe incorrectly resulting in taking less oxygen than needed and getting rid of less CO2 than it should. This can lead to feeling lethargic, unfocused, and stressed out.

1. Use Nose :
Generally speaking, a good breath is one where you breathe in through the nose—Not the Mouth.
the nostrils filter, warm and humidify air in a way that the mouth cannot.
2. Be Belly Breather
Belly Breathing is Also known as abdominal breathing or diaphragmatic breathing and it is deeper and causes your stomach to expand as you inhale.
The Diaphragm is a large muscle separating your chest and abdomen. When it contracts and is forced downward causing the abdomen to expand. This causes a negative pressure within the chest forcing air into all lobes of the lungs.
Let’s take Test : Take a deep breath with one hand on your chest and the other just below your rib cage. Which hand raises more as you inhale and lowers as you exhale?
Answer should be : Hand on Stomach below rib cage.
