AIMIM coming with a big stake in UP – Ready for alliance with SP !
All political parties in Uttar Pradesh that will look at assembly elections next year are seeking ways for alliances. Congress threw its hat in the ring stating that it is ready with open mind for alliance with any party and called for the same attitude.
Samajwadi Party(SP) is observing developments with which it can ally this time. Ms. Mayavathi of Bahujan Samajwadi Party (BSP) is also focusing on social engineering this time. She wants this time to brace upper castes like the Brahmin community which now has some dissatisfaction of not giving any prominence in Mr. Yogi's cabinet. She also convened a meeting with the leaders of that community.
In the latest development, AIMIM comes with a big stake . Now it is a part of 'Bhagidari Sankalp Morcha' under the leadership of Mr. Om Prakash Rajbhar, consisting of smaller parties like Bharatiya Vanchit Samaj Party, Bhartiya Manav Samaj Party, Janata Kranti Party (R) and Rashtra Uday Party.
AIMIM has already opened party offices in all 75 districts and is consolidating its force for the coming elections. It sees not to deviate the Muslim votes and for this it put forward a condition. AIMIM Party Uttar Pradesh Chief Mr. Shoukat Ali reportedly said that his party is ready for alliance if Samajwadi party agrees to make a Mulsim MLA Deputy Chief Minister from their Morcha. Our party already has an organisational structure in the state and appointed the Committees to prepare for the elections, he said.
AIMIM National Chief Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi is expected to visit Prayagraj, Fatehpur and Kaushambi in August. During this visit Owaisi is also expected to meet Muslims along with Dalits, Backward class people and professionals.
AIMIM is of the opinion that a unified fight is necessary to stop BJP from power. This kind of fight will help to consolidate the 20 per cent of Muslim votes in the sate if SP, BSP and Bagadari Sankalpa Morch have come together in elections.
